Blank orders may be returned or exchanged, but returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All customized items (printed, foil stamped, debossed, etc) are not returnable unless defective.

All claims must be submitted and approved within 30 days from receiving your order. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
